A match-day graphics package for a football league: crest stinger, line-up, live scorebug, goal caption and head-to-head stats.

How it was made
The brief. A 12-second sizzle for the match-day TV graphics package of the Apex League, a fictional football league. It shows the pieces a broadcaster would buy, each animating in and out the way it would on air.
- League ident
The crest assembles from three slanted bars, each landing on a brass stab, flashes lime and wipes off on the 8° slant that every later panel and wipe repeats.
- Line-up
A half-pitch is drawn in hairlines and eleven player dots pop into a 4-3-3 from the goalkeeper forward, each on its own pluck, then a lime ring picks out N. Okafor.
- Score change
The scorebug, the on-screen score box, slides in at 0–0, the camera pushes in close, and the flip to 1–0 gets a lime flash and the loudest hit in the music before the goal lower-third slides in.
- Stats
A lime edge wipes the lower-third away and opens a head-to-head panel, where possession, shots and expected-goals (xG) bars grow to scale in team colours as the counters roll.
- End card
A faster version of the opening ident rebuilds the crest, which resolves into ‘APEX LEAGUE’ and ‘MATCHDAY 12 · SATURDAY 20:00 · LIVE’ and holds for almost three seconds.

Archivo and JetBrains Mono. Deep navy glass panels with one 8° slant on every edge and wipe, lime kept for the active element and the score change, and a defocused night pitch painted from shapes, not photos.
Sound
A punchy 128 BPM sports theme: a tight kick, detuned synth-brass stabs on the idents, sharp whooshes on the slanted wipes, a riser into a big hit on the 1–0, soft ticks for the clock and counters, and a short sting on the end card.
