A mechanism-of-action film for a biotech: antibodies drift in, dock onto overactive receptors and calm the signal, in glassy 3D.
A concept film for an invented brand. The brand is invented; the craft is the real thing.

How it was made
The brief. A 12-second mechanism-of-action film for LUM-7, an investigational antibody from the fictional Lumira Therapeutics that binds an overactive immune receptor and calms the signal. It had to stay simple and plausible, with no medical claims.
- Overactive signal
Receptors on the cell surface fire amber particles in agitated bursts under ‘When the immune system won’t switch off…’, so the problem is on screen from the first frame.
- LUM-7 arrives
Antibodies drift in from the camera side, turning slowly, each with its own soft pluck, and the camera follows the one labelled ‘LUM-7 · TARGETED ANTIBODY’ towards a receptor.
- The dock
The antibody slows and holds for a breath above the receptor, then locks its arms on with a soft light pulse, and that receptor’s amber stream dims and stops under ‘BINDS · BLOCKS · CALMS’.
- Pull back
The camera pulls back as the other antibodies dock one by one, each on a quiet pluck, and the particles settle under ‘Precision that calms the signal.’
- End card
The binding glow lifts off to become the light-ring mark above the Lumira Therapeutics wordmark, with ‘Science that brings balance.’ and the small investigational line.

Sora and Manrope. Calm, glassy scientific visualisation: a translucent coral membrane on deep indigo, violet receptors, pearl-white antibodies with a soft rim and amber signal particles, shot with depth of field and labelled on thin leader lines like a diagram.
Sound
Soft synth pulses carry the signal over a tense D minor pad, plucks mark each antibody’s arrival, the pad opens to D major with a gentle bloom of bells at the dock, and a warm chord resolves under the end card.
